The Compact style gains the advantage by being great combination (balanced) types. They are balanced in all areas and do not easily become unbalanced. These Beyblade's can be used when you are unsure of a combination to use or do not want to over look your opponents strategy.
In order for you to create a successful Compact Beyblade it needs to be heavy and have a great central down force (large amount of weight in the centre of the blade). Having the weight concentrated in the centre will provide the blade with a high spin velocity. This will then lead to better balance and less spin loss when hit by the opposing Beyblade.
The selection of parts available for these blades are very limited, below is a list of parts you can use:
Attack Rings (best to worst) : Driger S, Galeon (BBA Balancer), Bistool, Ultimate Frostic Dranzer, Gekiryu-oh
Weight Disks: 10 Heavy
Spin Gear (best to worst): Heavy Metal core (Metal Driger), Magnetic Core
Blade Bases (best to worst): SG Semi-Flat, Draciel Metal Ball Defenser, Driger S Overall these blades are both good and bad. Whether these blades are an advantage or not all depends on the situation. When placed against a blade that is specialized in a specific type, they may become useless due to them not having enough focus on the type that is needed to over power the opposing blade. Compact blades lack in endurance because of their weight. When launched in against an attack or defense style they will, the majority of the time, fair quite well against. However, against a sole endurance blade they will fail miserably. |
